5.What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C with 30% deposit before payment via T/T, Bank of the West, PayPal, and escrow.

6.How about the package?
Packed in nice plastic bag or carton box, or according to your requirement.

7. Are the samples free?
We can send out the samples within 5 days-15 days, but the mold fee and shipping cost need to be paid by you, and the shipping cost will be refunded when we have a formal order as agreed.

8. How to control your quality?
We strictly select high quality raw materials and have our QC regularly inspect the shipment for checking during the production process.

9. How long should your delivery time be?
Usually 15 days after receiving the deposit, but it also depends on your products and quantity.
