Q: How to order?
A: 1) Tell us product demand, quantity, color, and other special requirements. 2) Engineer team will evaluate and provide a proposal. 3) Proforma Invoice will be made and sent for your approval. 4) Productions will be arranged upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit. 5) Goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: Letine has multiple tests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments, like QA, QC, and Sales team to guarantee all products are in perfect condition before shipment. All products need to complete a 72-hour aging test to ensure no problem. We also accept inspection by the third party you appointed.

Q: How do you arrange transportation?
A: If small sample orders suggest express delivery (7-10 days) or air freight (10-15 days), if bulk production advise by sea more favorable. Please consult customer service for more details!
